1) Once order is placed, You can cancel order within 1 minute from the website, after that order cancelation is not possible.
2) (Restaurant Name) may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason.
3) We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.
4) If the cancellation was made in time and once we have accepted your cancellation, we will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card with the full amount, as applicable.
5) Refunds may take up to 2 weeks, depending upon the mode of payment collection.
6) In case of Delivery of Order being LATE or BAD or INCORRECT… (Restaurant Name) adheres to a very high standard of Quality of Services – and is very STRICT in terms of achieving a very high level of Customer Satisfaction. Hence, in case of an Order being LATE or BAD or INCORRECT – wing to a process related issue of (Restaurant Name) – we generally DO NOT charge the customer for the order… but, this is totally up to the discretion of (Restaurant Name).

2) Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3) Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
